CROSBY, TX : Deputy injured in rollover crash in Crosby on Tuesday, November 15th 2016

A Harris County sheriff's deputy is recovering after he was injured Tuesday night in a crash in Crosby.

The crash was reported around 9:45 p.m. at Highway 90 and Crosby Lynchburg.

Investigators said a woman driving a truck pulled into traffic from a side street, and tried to cross several lanes to turn into a parking lot.

She hit the deputy's car, causing it to flip over, authorities said.

The deputy was taken to the hospital for X-rays, but is expected to be OK.

Deputies said the woman will likely be ticketed for causing the accident.
