Honolulu, HI : 8 people seriously injured in 3-vehicle collision involving 2 buses on the eastbound lanes of the H-1 freeway on Monday, 9th December, 2019

Eight people sustained injuries today in a three-vehicle collision involving two buses and a cement truck on the eastbound lanes of the H-1 freeway.

The collision involved a city bus, Roberts Hawaii bus and cement truck and occurred about 7:30 a.m. before the Likelike Highway offramp, according to Honolulu Fire spokesman Capt. Scot Seguirant.

Emergency Medical Services and firefighters responded to the scene.
