VACAVILLE, CA : Man dead after Vacaville crash on Tuesday, December, 5th 2017

A 74-year-old Vacaville man died after his sports car was struck by another car late Tuesday morning at the intersection of Alamo Drive and Marshall Road late Tuesday morning, police report.

The crash happened at approximately 11:20 a.m. and involved the sports car and a sedan.

Police noted on social media shortly before 12:30 p.m. that the male driver of a vehicle was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Sgt. Nathan Benevides said shortly before 2 p.m. that one crash victim was dead.
