Jefferson City, MO : 3 injured in single-vehicle Boone County crash on Thursday, January, 25th 2018
Three people were hurt in a one-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Boone County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred on southbound U.S. 63, just south of the Discovery Parkway overpass.
Pege Maasen, 61, of Versailles, went off the right side of the road and struck the ground. She continued on and crossed Ponderosa Street, then struck a rock embankment, went airborne, travelled across a creek and struck the creek embankment. She came to rest in the creek facing south.
Massen was treated for minor injuries. Her passengers, Daniel Sanders, 86, and Sylvia Sanders, 85, both of Versailles, were treated for moderate injuries. All those involved were wearing seat belts
