HOLYOKE, MA : A two-vehicle crash at Hampden and Linden streets on Wednesday, May 31, 2017

Injuries were reported late Wednesday morning following a two-vehicle crash at Hampden and Linden streets.

Firefighters used the Jaws of Life for one of the vehicles, Western Mass News reported. The crash, which occurred about 10:50 a.m., involved a minivan and an SUV.

The crash brought down a utility pole and wires and multiple ambulances were sent to the scene.

Mueller Bridge, which carries Route 202 into South Hadley, was closed after the crash. It has since reopened to traffic.

Police could not immediately be reached for comment.
