Hunterville, NC : One dead after accident in Huntersville on I-77 Southbound near exit 28 Saturday morning on September 13, 2014

One person is dead after a tractor trailer crash in Huntersville. It happened on I-77 Southbound near exit 28 just about 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning. Fire officials tells us the driver of a tractor trailer ended up in a wooded area trapped inside the cab. No word on how that person got there. Crews attempted to rescue the person by cutting down trees with chainsaws but they were unsuccessful. There were traffic delays in the area of I-77 between exit 25 and exit 28 early Saturday morning.
