Two children have died after officials said they were struck by a vehicle at an intersection near an elementary school in Riverdale Park, Maryland, sources told WJLA.

The incident occurred at an intersection near Riverdale Park Elementary School in Prince George's County early Monday morning as the children were walking into the school, officials told WJLA Maryland Bureau Chief Brad Bell.
