A Middleboro woman and an unidentified man were flown to Boston hospitals after a serious rollover crash on Summer Street Sunday night, officials said.
The crash occurred shortly before 9 p.m. in the area of 51 Summer St.
The man – who suffered life-threatening injuries – was traveling with the woman in a Land Rover when it crashed, ejecting her from the vehicle, officials said. It was unclear Monday who was driving the vehicle.
The identities and conditions of the man and woman were not known Monday afternoon.
Police said criminal charges are pending in the crash, which remains under investigation.
Middleboro police and fire responded to the scene, along with the State Police Accident Reconstruction Unit.
