A 31-year-old Hutchinson man suffered non-life threatening injuries Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of State Highway 7 and Babcock Avenue, or County Road 1, a mile north of Lester Prairie.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Jerritt E. Doty of Hutchinson was westbound on Highway 7 in a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu, when Conrad H. Kvamme, 80, of Arlington, who was southbound on Babcock, allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign. The two vehicles collided about 5:03 p.m.
Kvamme also sustained non-life threatening injuries.
In addition to the State Patrol, agencies responding to the scene included the McLeod County Sheriff's Office, Winsted Police Department, Lester Praire Fire Department, and ambulances from Waconia and Silver Lake.
