Huntsville, AL : 71-year-old man was killed in a crash at U.S. 231 on Sunday, 9th October, 2016

A crash in Huntsville yesterday killed a 71-year-old man.

Dennis M. Crowson was driving a Toyota Camry around 8:30 a.m. when the car left the roadway and overturned, Trooper Curtis Summerville said.

Crowson, of Huntsville, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash happened on U.S. 231 at mile marker 345, four miles north of Huntsville.

Alabama State Troopers are investigating the crash.
