Concord, N.C : Driver killed in Concord collision on Rock Hill Church Road at the intersection of Cavalier Court, near U.S. 29 Friday morning on September 26, 2014

One driver is dead and another is charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle after a head-on collision Friday morning in Concord. Police charged 26-year-old Desergio Cummings with the death of 30-year-old Lucio Noyola-Cisneros. Officers say Cummings was driving on Rock Hill Church Road near Cavalier Court when he swerved into the oncoming traffic and hit Noyola-Cisnernos. The crash happened about 6:30 a.m. Cummings was taken to the hospital and charged upon release. Troopers directed traffic away from Rock Hill Church Road for over an hour.
