Coulterville,CA : Mother killed, children hurt in suspected DUI crash near Coulterville on October, Wednesday 18th 2017

The driver and a 5-year-old child were ejected from a minivan during a rollover crash west of Coulterville that the CHP suspects is a DUI case.

The driver, 28-year-old Sarah Nicole Cahoon of Coulterville, was killed in the crash. Passenger Michael Boesen was thrown about 50 feet from the 2002 Mazda MVP and was flown to the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento with major injuries.

Another child in the car, 9-year-old Jasmin Povio, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Memorial Medical Center in Modesto. Cahoon was mother to both children, said Officer Faustino Pulido, spokesman for the Sonora CHP.
