Worcester, MA : Driver charged with OUI after slamming into this state police cruiser on Monday night September 15th 2014

A driver charged with OUI after slamming into this state police cruiser in Worcester on Monday is expected in court today. Zachary Dion, 25, of Fitchburg, is expected to be arraigned Tuesday on charges of operating under the influence, subsequent offense. At approximately 8 p.m. Monday, Dion was driving on I-290 when he struck a state police cruise that was on a work detail in the left travel lane.
