A Crawfordsville man died Tuesday afternoon following a single-car crash east of Ladoga.
Montgomery County Sheriff deputies responded to a personal injury crash at the intersection of State Road 234 and County Road 200E. The crash occurred just after 1 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, deputies located a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro that had been traveling east on State Road 234, Montgomery County Chief Deputy Ryan Needham said in a news release. For an unknown reason, the Camaro left the roadway, travelled through a bean field and then struck a culvert, causing the vehicle to flip and come to a rest onto County Road 200 East.

Ladoga Fire Department, New Market Fire Department, STAR Ambulance and the Montgomery County Coroner assisted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash remains under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. No other information is being released at this time.
