Victim ID'd in Deadly Beltsville Crash

The man killed Thursday in a crash on the Beltway has been identified as 28- year-old Erick Francis of Hyattsville, Maryland. He was working on fixing a flat tire on the outer loop of I-495 in Beltsville when he was killed in a chain reaction crash.
