Hazleton,PA : Car being chased crashes into home on may, Wednesday 24th 2017

A man was taken to a hospital for medical treatment after crashing his car into a brick home in the 400 block of Allen Street in West Hazleton around 10 a.m. today as he was pursued by police.

Jeffrey Kehler crashed his car head-on into a home at 441 Allen St. where he once lived, according to West Hazleton police. The home is also where borough police began an investigation into a child’s death last month.

The home sustained serious damage and was being examined by code enforcement personnel.

Hazleton, West Hazleton, Butler Twp., Sugarloaf Twp. and other police departments responded to the pursuit.
