VIRGINIA BEACH, VA : Daughter of 77-year-old pedestrian killed in Virginia Beach on Tuesday, 25th June 2024

A family member of the 77-year-old Virginia Beach woman hit and killed while crossing the street is speaking out.

In early June, police say a driver struck and killed 77-year-old Lucena Lynch while she attempted to cross Lynnhaven Parkway.

The crash happened in the area of Lamplight Lane. It's unclear what led up to the incident.
