Milford,IN : Warsaw driver dies in collision on Indiana 15 on June, Friday 16th 2017

A Warsaw man died Friday afternoon in a van-truck crash south of Milford, according to a news release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.

Luis Antonio Villa Romero, 35, of Warsaw, was pinned inside his vehicle in the 2 p.m. head-on crash on Indiana 15 near County Road 1000 North. He died at the scene from blunt-force trauma injuries.

Romero was driving south on Indiana 15 when, for an unknown reason, his vehicle crossed the center of the road, striking the front portion of a northbound dump truck, the statement said.

The crash remains under investigation.
