Allentown, PA : Two injured in Route 309 rollover crash in Lower Macungie Township early Tuesday, September 27, 2016

Two people were injured when their sport utility vehicle rolled several times on a wet Route 309 in Lower Macungie Township early Tuesday, state police at Fogelsville said.

Dylan Johannessen, 19, of Allentown, was driving south at 2:19 a.m. on Route 309 near Interstate 78 when he lost control as he rounded a curve, police said. He struck a concrete median and rolled his SUV several times, police said.

Johannessen and his passenger, Matthew Garis, 23, of Sellersville, suffered minor injuries in the crash, police said.

Police said the driver will be charged with driving vehicles at unsafe speeds.
