Cape Cod, MA : Two people injured in 2-car crash in Falmouth on Monday evening, April 11, 2016

A two-car crash at the intersection of Gifford Street and Dillingham Avenue on Monday evening sent two people to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The two mid-size sedans crashed shortly before 6 p.m. causing front-end damage to both cars, said Falmouth fire Lt. Terry Rogers.

Firefighters took two women from one of the vehicles to Falmouth Hospital, he said. The driver and sole occupant of the second vehicle refused treatment.

The crash remains under investigation, Rogers said.
