A Greer man was killed after a Friday night crash on Highway 357.
Estevan Cordova, 30, of West Poinsett Street, died after a head-on collision on Highway 357 near Gap Creek Road, Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger said.
S.C. Highway Patrol Trooper Joe Hovis said Cordova was driving north in a 1999 Honda when the car crossed over the center line and hit a Mercedes head-on.
Cordova was not wearing a seat belt and was trapped in the car, Hovis said.
The driver and a passenger in the Mercedes were both wearing seat belts, and were taken to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Hovis said.
An autopsy to determine the exact cause of death was scheduled for Saturday, Clevenger said in a statement.
No charges will be filed in the incident, Hovis said.
