Dayton, OH : Driver speeding before deadly crash on Thursday October 22 2015

A deadly crash blocked a portion of Germantown Street in Dayton early Thursday morning.
It happened just before 2:30 on Germantown at Illinois Avenue. 2 NEWS arrived minutes after police responded.
A car crashed into the fence–leaving a gaping hole.
Witnesses tell 2 NEWS they saw two cars speeding just before the crash.
The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office confirmed 24-year-old Angelaca Pleasant was killed in the accident. Firefighers say two other people were taken to Miami Valley Hospital. Their conditions are unknown.
