A Lebanon man was killed and a child was seriously injured in a one-vehicle car accident Friday night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Charles L. Weaver, 27, of Lebanon was driving west on Highway 64, 11 miles west of Lebanon at about 8:26 p.m., when the 1995 Honda Civic he was driving went off the right side of the road, hit a tree, and overturned.
