Fatal car accident in the intersection of J. Turner Butler

Officials are at the scene of a fatal car accident in the intersection of J. Turner Butler and Southside Boulevard.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened just after 9:00 a.m. Friday morning.
