Barstow,CA : Barstow man killed after crash in stolen vehicle on March, Saturday 24th 2018

Police said a 21-year-old Barstow man killed in a crash early Saturday morning was in a stolen vehicle at the time of the incident. Brandon Mennecke died following the crash, which occurred at the intersection of Lenwood and Tortoise roads Saturday, Barstow Police Department officials stated.
