PHOENIX, AZ : Five killed in wrong-way crash on I-40 on Sunday, 26th May 2019

Authorities say the five people killed in a wrong-way wreck on Interstate 40 in northwestern Arizona included two from a nearby Nevada town and three from New York City.

Arizona Department of Public Safety identifies those killed in the crash southwest of Kingman on Friday as 82-year-old Harold Wayne Wickham and 90-year-old Ella Wickham, both from Laughlin, Nevada.

The other victims are identified as 57-year-old Tsun Tong Chan, 54-year-old Wai Kam Ngai and 21-year-old Ching Kwong.

Officials say Harold Wickham was driving an eastbound sedan in the westbound lanes when it collided with the other car.

Four died at the scene and Harold Wickham died later at the hospital.

Arizona D.P.S. says the crash remains under investigation.
