MONROE, NC : One dead in crash on Hwy 74 in Monroe on Wednesday, 2nd November 2016

One person is dead following a two-vehicle crash in Monroe Wednesday, Monroe police say.

The wreck happened on Highway 74 near Dickerson Boulevard.

There's no word on what caused the crash. We're working to gather more information.
