Melville, NY : Funeral for 3 family members killed in LIE crash on Friday, 26th August, 2016

A funeral Friday, Aug. 26, 2016, commemorated the lives of three family members killed Sunday in a multivehicle crash on the Long Island Expressway. Patricia Pinales, her brother Carmelo Pinales and his son Cristopher Pinales were eulogized in St. Martha's Roman Catholic Church in Uniondale as diligent and selfless leaders with ready smiles. “These things, this joy that they brought to us and you brought to them, these are gifts that God gives to us,” Bishop Robert Brennan of the Diocese of Rockville Centre, told mourners. Burial will be in Greenfield Cemetery, also in Uniondale.
