Hutchinson, KS : A single-vehicle wreck was killed in Ness County on May, Saturday, 20th 2017

The passenger in a single-vehicle wreck was killed Saturday morning in Ness County, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol report.

Rosemarie Buller, 37, was killed riding in a 1993 Chevy van driven by Cody Wayne Buller, 37, both of Dodge City, at about 8 a.m. The report says the van was headed north on U.S. 283, 5 miles south of Ness City, and left the roadway, striking a guardrail before coming to rest on top of a culvert with the nose down in the ditch.

Cody Wayne Buller was injured in the accident. Both were taken to Ness County Hospital.
