Part of I-40 could be blocked for hours in Arkansas

Arkansas State Police officials say the eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 40 in North Little Rock could be blocked for four hours because of a crash and fire involving a tractor-trailer.
Police said Thursday afternoon that the tractor-trailer caught fire on the westbound side of I-40 near the Crystal Hill exit.
