EASTON, MD : Black Dog Alley crash results in minor injuries at Ocean Gateway and Black Dog Alley on Friday, 6th March, 2020

A driver who ran a red light at Ocean Gateway and Black Dog Alley, collided with another sedan trying to turn onto the busy highway.

The midday collision Friday, March 6, resulted in ambulances taking two adults and two children to the hospital.

The accident occurred when Jenna Ferrier, 26, of Federalsburg, driving a 2015 Ford Focus, was headed west on U.S. Route 50 and ran a red light at about 1:15 p.m. at the intersection with Black Dog Alley, according to Lt. George Paugh of the Easton Police Department.

Ferrier was following a tractor trailer that also ran the red light, Paugh said.

Ferrier's car collided with a 2016 Hyundai Sonata, driven by Alyssa Miller, 24, of Easton, who was attempting to cross the intersection and head east on Route 50.
