High Ridge, MO : Marni J. Keeling, 40, dies, child injured in single-car crash in Jefferson County on Tuesday morning, August 2, 2016

A High Ridge woman died of her injuries from a single-car crash Tuesday morning.

A child traveling with the woman sustained minor injuries.

The crash happened when a 1995 Ford Explorer was driving too fast on eastbound Hunning Road in High Ridge east of the intersection with Cinphany Lane, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.

The driver, Marni J. Keeling, 40, drove off the road before overcorrecting and rolling over about 10 a.m. Police say Keeling was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at a hospital shortly after the crash.

A child, 7, who was also in the car, sustained minor injuries.
