Tallahassee, FL : Fatal crash shuts down Estero Parkway on Tuesday, 17th March, 2020

A portion of U.S. 41 by Estero Parkway was shut down Tuesday night as the Florida Highway Patrol investigated a fatal vehicle-pedestrian crash.

The southbound lanes of 41 were closed with traffic detoured down the eastbound parkway lanes.Troopers, aided by the Lee County Sheriff's Office, had a quarter-mile section of 41 closed off with several cars pulled over and a body lying under a blanket nearby. A shopping-style bag was next to the body.
