Springville, AL : Hoover teen ejected from vehicle, killed in I-59 crash in St. Clair County on Tuesday, October 18, 2016

Alabama State Troopers say a Hoover teen died in a single-vehicle crash in St. Clair County.

Senior Trooper Chuck Daniel identified the victim as 19-year-old Haley Michelle Davidson.

Daniel tells al.com the crash happened at 6 a.m. Tuesday on Interstate 59 in Springville. He says Davidson was the driver of a vehicle that left the roadway and struck a bridge.

He says she was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from her vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation.
