Yuba City, AZ : Three people injured in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 99 at Lincoln Road in Yuba City on Saturday night, April 23, 2016

Three people were injured Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 99 at Lincoln Road in Yuba City.

The accident happened at about 9:15 p.m.

The three injured people were ejected from one of the vehicles.

An air ambulance was initially called to the scene, but its 20-minute response time was deemed too slow, so the patients were to be taken by ground ambulance to Rideout Regional Medical Center, according to police scanner traffic.
