North Kingstown police investigate a fatal motor vehicle accident Saturday night.

Police say 25-year-old Stephen Dutra, of Woonsocket, and 19-year-old Juwuan Hills, of Fall River, died after colliding with another vehicle on the intersection of Route 4 and West Allenton Road. Hills was driving and Dutra was the passenger.

The rear passenger is in serious condition at Rhode Island Hospital and the two occupants of the vehicle traveling Northbound were injured but are expected to live.

The preliminary investigation shows the vehicle headed South on Route 4 swerved into the Northbound lanes and hit the vehicle heading North.
