SACRAMENTO, CA : 1 killed after suspected DUI crash in Yuba County on Tuesday, 15th August 2023

A 22-year-old man is facing vehicular manslaughter charges after an alleged DUI crash left a Butte County man dead Tuesday night.

According to a collision report from the California Highway Patrol, it happened around 7 p.m. on Quincy La Porte Road.

CHP says 22-year-old Kalob Rice was driving a Dodge Ram southbound while a 59-year-old man from Clipper Mills was driving a Chevrolet Blazer northbound.
