White Oak, AL : 1 killed in ATV accident in Colbert County on Thursday night, March 30, 2017

Authorities said a Lawrence County woman was killed and two other people injured in an all-terrain vehicle accident Thursday night.

Colbert County Coroner Carlton Utley identified the victim as Lashay Terry, 23, of Moulton.

Utley said Terry died from injuries sustained in the accident.

Two others – Drew Childers, 23, Leighton, and Haley Hatton, 22, who is from the Tharptown community of Franklin County – were injured. They are listed in fair condition at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital.

Reports indicate all three were thrown from an ATV Razor.

Authorities said the accident happened in a field off of King Bridge Road, which is in the White Oak community of Colbert County.
