Ketchum, ID : Washington woman in serious condition after motorcycle crash in Ketchum on Wednesday morning, July 6, 2016

A motorcycle passenger was injured Wednesday morning in a crash at Idaho 75 and Andora Lane in Ketchum.

Joy Dunlap, 59, of Poulsbo, Wash., was northbound on a 2007 Honda VTX180 driven by Dennis Dunlap, 58, also of Poulsbo, Wash., when the motorcycle hit a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country that was stopped in traffic.

Joy Dunlap was taken by ambulance to St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center, then flown to St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Boise, where she was in serious condition, hospital spokesman Josh Schlaich said Thursday.

Dennis Dunlap was issued a citation for following too closely.
