Ridgecrest, CA : 1 injured in Friday traffic collision on Friday, January 13th 2017

A woman was transported to Ridgecrest Regional Hospital Friday night after being involved in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of French Avenue and China Lake Boulevard.

According to Ridgecrest Police Sgt. Nathan Lloyd, the driver of a Kia sedan failed to yield at a red light while traveling on China Lake Boulevard. The driver collided with a Dodge pickup traveling west on French, causing both vehicles to spin out of control.

The driver of the Kia suffered moderate injuries and was transported by Liberty Ambulance to the hospital.
