Joplin, MO : A Golden City man suffered moderate injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday, 24th June 2018

A Golden City man suffered moderate injuries in a two-vehicle crash at 3:25 p.m. Sunday on Southeast 100th Lane, a mile southwest of Golden City in Barton County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

James A. Hilbert, 35, was taken to Barton County Memorial Hospital in Lamar.

Hilbert was driving a northbound vehicle that collided with an eastbound pickup truck driven by Justin V. Dostal, 58, of Mount Vernon, at an uncontrolled intersection when Dostal failed to yield the right of way, the patrol said.
