WEST SACRAMENTO, CA : Deadly crash blocks Southport Parkway in West Sacramento on Friday, 16th February 2024

A deadly crash involving a single vehicle had a major West Sacramento thoroughfare closed on Friday.

The scene was on Southport Parkway. Exactly what led up to the crash is unclear.

West Sacramento police confirmed that only one vehicle was involved in the crash. One person has died, police say.
