Lehigh Acres, FL : 2 ejected from motorcycle following crash in Lehigh Acres; both in critical condition on Monday, 27h May 2024

A crash involving a motorcycle and a car hospitalized two people with critical injuries while temporarily closing lanes in Lehigh Acres.

The Florida Highway Patrol and fire crews responded to the incident on Lee Boulevard westbound at 5:36 p.m. on Monday.

According to FHP, a motorcycle carrying a 23-year-old male and a 20-year-old female from Lehigh Acres was traveling east on Lee Boulevard at a high rate of speed on the left lane approaching Colin Avenue North.
