Mahnomen County, MN : One hurt in T-bone crash in Mahnomen County on Monday, 12th November 2018
A passenger was injured when a Suburban and a Tahoe collided on snowy roads Monday in Mahnomen County.
Michael Floyd Keezer, 53, of Mahnomen was taken to the Mahnomen hospital with non life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol. He was wearing a seat belt.The crash occurred as a 2002 Chevy Suburban was traveling west on Highway 200, slowing to turn left onto 240th Ave. The 2004 Chevy Tahoe was traveling behind the Suburban and attempted to pass it on the left, T-boning the Suburban. Both vehicle ended up in the ditch.
The driver of the Suburban, Joseph Donovan Keezer, 35, of Waubun, was not injured.
The driver of the Tahoe, Julie Lynn Weaver, 26, of Mahnomen, also reported no injuries. Both were wearing seatbelts. The airbag deployed on the Tahoe, but not on the Suburban. No alcohol was involved.
The accident was reported in Beaulieu Township shortly before noon on snowy-icy roads. The Mahnomen County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
