Authorities say a school bus-car collision killed the car's driver and injured six children in southwestern Ohio.

Chief Deputy Dave Duchak of the Miami County Sheriff's Office says the car's driver - 21-year-old Taylor Dickey was ejected and died at the scene in Union Township on Thursday.

Authorities say six children on the bus suffered minor injuries.

Authorities say the crash occurred around 7 a.m.

Duchak says the bus was traveling eastbound on Ohio 55 when the car traveling westbound at a high rate of speed went left of center and hit the bus.
