Knoxville police were working a two-car crash with injuries Thursday night on Chapman Highway in South Knoxville.
Extent of injuries is unclear.The crash happened about 4:45 p.m. near the 6200 block of Chapman, interrupting vehicle travel.
A lane in each direction of the South Knoxville arterial was open by 5:50 p.m.
Authorities anticipate traffic delays until at least 6:30 p.m. Knoxville Police Department reconstruction officers were analyzing the scene.
