GROTON, CT : 21-year-old man dies on Groton motorcycle crash on Friday, 8th November 2024

A 21-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash that happened in Groton early Friday morning.

Groton town police identified the rider as Elijah W. Hummel of Groton.

According to police, they responded to the crash on Fort Hill Road around 12:45 a.m.

An officer reported a motorcycle was down on the roadway and its operator was located nearby with serious injuries.
