Police say two drivers were injured after one lost control of his vehicle during Saturday's snowstorm.
Police say 57-year-old Theodoro Buitrago, of West Hartford, was heading south on Bloomfield Avenue around 5 p.m. when he lost control of his car and crossed the yellow lines.
He collided with a car being driven by 56-year-old Joslyn Campbell, of Windsor.
Police say Buitrago had to be extricated from his vehicle.
He suffered serious injuries and is in stable condition at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford.
Campbell was treated for minor injuries.
Police say it was snowing at the time of the accident and the roads were slippery.
The accident remains under investigation.
