The Yellowstone County Coroner's office releases the name of the motorcyclist who was hit and killed Monday night. Deputy Coroner Cliff Mahoney says he 31-year-old Jashua James Fry of Billings.
A man on a motorcycle was killed Monday evening after being struck by a car.
The crash occurred about 6:45 p.m. According to Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Craig Baum, the motorcycle was traveling east on South Frontage Road when it collided with a car turning left off Wise Lane.
The driver of the car was uninjured. Baum said alcohol wasn't suspected.
He said the motorcyclist had the right of way.
The investigation continues.
