Wilmington, DE : At least 1 dead in crash on I-495 in Delaware on Monday, 26th June 2023

The Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal crash that left two men dead on Monday afternoon in Wilmington, Delaware.

A 45-year-old man and a 52-year-old man, both from Wilmington, were both pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

On June 26 at approximately 4:41 p.m., a Ford Ranger sideswiped a tractor on I-495 causing the car to spin out of control toward the right shoulder and hit the concrete embankment under the 12th Street overpass and overturned the Ford onto the grass shoulder, police said.
